If your healthcare provider asked you to temporarily stop taking the medication and you have questions, please call or visit your healthcare provider.

	After having some difficulty with my MIACALCIN Nasal Spray, I saw my pharmacist, who was still unable to help me. What should I do?
If you've already seen your pharmacist and are still unable to use the medication bottle, we will be happy to send you a rebate check to cover the cost of the MIACALCIN Nasal Spray bottle. Simply call 1-800-347-BONE and a representative will complete the rebate form with you over the phone. You should receive your rebate check within 6 to 8 weeks.
