I am having trouble removing the plastic pump protector cap. What should I do?

If you had a problem removing the plastic pump protector from the bottom of the unit, you may want to ask your pharmacist to assist you. In fact, you may want to ask your pharmacist to help you assemble your nasal spray medication when you return for your refill. In that case, simply bring the pump to your pharmacist and ask your pharmacist to help you.

I am having difficulty attaching the pump unit to the bottle. What should I do?

If you had difficulty attaching the nasal spray pump to the bottle of medication, you may want to ask your pharmacist to help you. In fact, you may want to ask your pharmacist to help you assemble your nasal spray medication when you return for your refill.

I am having problems removing the protective cap from the nozzle. What should I do?

If you are having trouble removing the clear protector cap from the top of the nozzle, you may want to ask your pharmacist to help you. In fact, you may want to ask your pharmacist to help you assemble your nasal spray medication when you return for your refill.

I am having some difficulty priming the nasal spray pump. What should I do?

If you are having problems priming the pump, make sure it has been tightly attached to the top of the bottle. If you still have problems priming the pump, you may want to take it to your pharmacist for additional assistance. In fact, you may want to ask your pharmacist to help you assemble your nasal spray medication and prime it for you when you return for your refill.
